We deliver worldwide!
Your orders will normally be dispatched within two to three working days from receiving your order confirmation and payment. Wherever possible, we´ll dispatch it the next day.
We will inform you by email when we have received the order and when we have dispatched it. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
Normal postal lead times are: UK and Europe destinations 3-7 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
All Kriss Soonik collection items come packed in beautiful tissue paper sealed with a black Kriss Soonik signature cat sticker.
There is a fixed worldwide delivery fee of 7EUR.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition. For hygiene purposes, no refund or exchange can be accepted on knickers.

When emailing us, please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will send you our return address. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded on exchanged items.
Items on sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless faulty.
