All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published the changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated. We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by a message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the email address you have provided to us. We may do both, in which case the acceptance will occur on whichever arrives sooner of the web message and the email. At this point, the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
Our main currency is EUR and checkout will be in EUR. We show GBP, USD and JPY prices for reference. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, at the current rate. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order (usually by clicking the "checkout" button) subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.
Orders can be securely paid using all major cards ( Visa, Mastercard & Maestro) or via PayPal. In Estonia we also offer Maksekeskus payment through local bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV. Coop Pank & Luminor) All payments are made outside of the e-store environment, in the safe payment environment of the service provider. The Seller shall have no access to the Customer’s bank details or credit card details. To protect transactions from fraud, all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the service provider and the card issuer.
Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. The content of the site is managed and therefore any products that are out of stock should be highlighted. In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of our position when we receive your order and we will await your subsequent instructions.
Orders will normally be dispatched within two to three working days from receiving your order confirmation and payment. Wherever possible, will be dispatched the next day. Normal postal lead times are: Estonia 1-3 days, UK and Europe destinations 5-7 days, all other areas worldwide 7-14 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. Returns, exchanges & refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition. For hygiene purposes, no refund or exchange can be accepted on knickers. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at email@example.com for specific instructions. When emailing us, please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will send you our return address. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items. Once we have received the item back we will refund you the amount via the payment method originally used when making the purchase. Please note that it will take us 1 - 3 working days to process the refund and depending on the payment method/bank it might take 1 - 3 more working days for the amount to be back on your account. All Kriss Soonik products are manufactured to the highest quality. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund or exchange the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.
To order a product from our website please select the item(s) you wish to purchase with the correct size and press add to cart. Once you have selected all the pieces you can proceed to the checkout. On the checkout page, you are asked to fill in your billing and shipping details as well as select the delivery option and payment method. You are also asked to agree to the website T&C's. Once you have finished with these please click confirm and you are taken to the safe payment environment of the service provider. There you can fill in your card/ account details and press confirm with what the purchasing process is complete and you should receive an email confirming your order. Please note that when using Estonian bank links always click on the button "Tagasi kaupmehe juurde" to make sure your purchase goes through.
Warranty and Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, neither will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights. In addition that outlined above we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war. Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.
Discount codes apply to full-priced items only. Discount codes (including the "HELLO" first purchase code) do not work during sale periods.
The gift card is valid for 1 year from making the purchase. Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card. If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. Kriss Soonik is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
