Welcome to Planet Kriss! It´s a place where you can feel free, you can be who you want to be. There´s no judgement, prejudice or social pressure. You can feel the pink positive energy floating around you.It's all about exploring and experiencing. Finding yourself, your independence, your individuality.There's always time for fun on Planet Kriss. Go for an adventure, explore nature, do sports, play games. When you finally return home from Planet Kriss, you´ll feel energised and ready to take on your world.

Your order will normally be dispatched next working day from receiving your order confirmation and payment. We will inform you by email when we have received the order and when we have dispatched it. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.

 

You can choose between Free Standard Delivery and Express Delivery with Fedex. Free Standard Delivery All full-priced items come packed in beautiful black garment bags with a gold Kriss Soonik cat logo or in our luxurious tissue paper.

Normal postal lead times are:
Estonia: 1-3 working days via SmartPOST, Omniva or DPD parcel machine
Europe: 5-7 working days
UK and Rest of the World: 7-14 working days

But please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Express Delivery with Fedex

There is a fixed worldwide express delivery fee of 30 EUR. All full-priced items come packed in beautiful black garment bags with a gold Kriss Soonik cat logo or in our luxurious tissue paper. These packages will be sent out via FedEx with guaranteed delivery between 1-3 working days.

In Estonia you can come and pick the order up from our Tallinn Studio. We are open Tuesday and Thursday 12-18:00. Our address is Paavli 5/2, 10412, Tallinn. The order is usually ready the next day we are open. 

 

Exchanges and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at sales@kriss-soonik.com for specific instructions. When emailing us, please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will send you our return address. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
