Kriss´s top 5 - Tokyo

Now that our #ksworldtour Tokyo month is coming to an end, Kriss picks 5 of her favourite things in Tokyo.
Shopping
I love the Harajuku-Omotesando area. Two of my favourite department stores there are Laforet and Tokyu Plaza.
They are also very close to one of our gorgeous stockists Gabrielle Peco. The boutique has been there for 30 years and sells the most exclusive lingerie from around the world including Fifi Chachnil and Chantal Thomass.

Aoyama Flower Market Tea House
If you ask a tourist to buy flowers for an event, of course she will turn it into a big thing for herself. Instead of just going to a flower shop, I made my life more exciting and ended up drinking tea and eating cake in a cafe inside a flower shop. The Aoyama Flower Market Tea House is a real gem and well worth a visit.

Best Champagne Spot
If you are a junkie for amazing city views then the Mado Lounge at the Mori Tower 52nd Floor in Roppongi Hills is the place to visit. My lunch meeting with a glass of champagne, lingerie and Tokyo on the background definitely got my creative juices flowing.

A good night´s sleep - Claska
I must be honest – I didn´t live in this hotel this time but next time I´ll be staying there. I only found out about it during my last trip. It´s a hip design hotel off the beaten track. They even have a design shop inside. And look at that bed!

Travel essential
If you are travelling to Tokyo and you own one of our Susan Lace Bodies or Susan Lace Tops take it with you – it´s hot property there. As Opaque´s Head Buyer Miss Sato mentioned in her interview for our blog, Japanese women love lace and these lace bodysuits are in fashion every season.
