Amostyle x Kriss Soonik Collaboration

Amostyle by Triumph is one of the biggest players on the Japanese lingerie market with stores all over the country. We are honoured that they chose Kriss Soonik for their first major global collaboration. And with our 10th anniversary year, it couldn't have come at a better time.

The journey to our first big collaboration started about 5 years ago when my design mentor and really good friend Sian joined Triumph as their Global Head of Creative Design. She mentioned that with our brand having so many fans in Japan, the collaboration seemed like a great fit. It sounded like music to my ears, a nice dream to have.

And then it all escalated about a year ago when Vikki joined the Amostyle team as Global Head of Creative Design.
When I had my first meeting with her I was panicking. What would I design? Can I design something that would appeal at such a scale? But after our meeting everything couldn't have been clearer. All my ideas that had been hatching in my head by that point seemed to fit with their vision. Vikki is such a cool person and working with her and her team has been a dream! In the Amostyle x Kriss Soonik collaboration I wanted to use all my design ideas that had been floating in my head but hadn't found their way into our main collections. The designs were then put together with the immaculate manufacturing know-how of Triumph. When I received the first samples, I was amazed of the fit and quality. Plus they were so cute and comfy.

Throughout the collection we've stayed true to our feline feeling. The highlight of the collaboration for me is the PJ set with our catwomen pattern - great for inner- and outerwear. But also the push-up bra - a style you wouldn't normally see in our main collections but works superwell for the collaboration.

The collection is now available on Amostyle website and Zalando in limited quantities.
